D0WS68LUYAEfa6p.0 - Boxing TV schedule for April 25-27

It’s another busy weekend for boxing.

Thursday, April 25

TBA, TBA, Yves Ulysse Jr vs Steve Claggett II. This is another “Golden Boy DAZN” show, which isn’t on DAZN, and they keep saying they’re going to find a TV outlet for this series, but they haven’t yet. It’ll at least stream somewhere, if nowhere else. We’ll let you know the start time and all that by fight night. BLH will have live coverage.

UFC Fight Pass, 10:00 pm ET, Connor Coyle vs Robert Burwell. Another Roy Jones Jr-promoted show on Fight Pass. Coyle is a 28-year-old middleweight from Northern Ireland, unbeaten to date, nothing much on the record. Burwell is 8-2, turns 29 in July, from Orlando. Prospects Antonio Williams, Jerrico Walton, and Rosalinda Rodriguez are also scheduled.

Friday, April 26

DAZN, 2:30 pm ET, Fabio Turchi vs Sami Enbom. Here’s a random DAZN card from Italy on a Friday afternoon U.S. time. Turchi is a 16-0 cruiserweight nicknamed “Stone Crusher,” and that sounds cool enough. Welterweight Alessandro Riguccini, also unbeate, will be in action, plus junior middleweight Orlando Fiordigiglio. BLH will have live coverage.

DAZN, 7:30 pm ET, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai vs Juan Francisco Estrada II, Daniel Roman vs TJ Doheny, Jessie Vargas vs Humberto Soto. This is a super packed card from the Forum in Inglewood, California. Srisaket-Estrada II is a must-see, obviously, and then you’ve got Roman-Doheny in a super bantamweight unification fight, plus Vargas moving up to 154 against crafty old Soto. The card also features several legit prospects: Alberto Melian, Murodjon Akhmadaliev, Shakhram Giyasov, Anthony Sims Jr, and Diego Pacheco, plus the pro debut of Austin Williams, and also Ronny Rios is fighting on the card. BLH will have live coverage.

Saturday, April 27

ESPN+, 3:00 pm ET, Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey, Lerrone Richards vs Tommy Langford. Dubois is a legit heavyweight prospect, and though there’s been talk of him fighting Joe Joyce or doing this or that, here he takes on Lartey, who has never fought outside of Ghana. Doesn’t mean he can’t, just that he hasn’t. Richards-Langford is for the vacant Commonwealth title at super middleweight. The card is also slated to have tune-up returns for junior welterweight Jack Catterall and super flyweight Sunny Edwards, among other prospects, plus a Zak Chelli-Jimmy Smith fight for the British Southern Area super middleweight title. BLH will have live coverage.

SHO, 10:00 pm ET, Robert Easter Jr vs Rances Barthelemy, Viktor Postol vs Mohamed Mimoune, Efe Ajagba vs Michael Wallisch. The main event is for the vacant “world” version of the WBA lightweight title, the “super world” version being held by Vasiliy Lomachenko. Postol-Mimoune is a 140-pound eliminator for a shot at the WBC belt, currently held by Jose Ramirez. Ajagba is a top heavyweight prospect, big power and all that. BLH will have live coverage.

DAZN, 10:00 pm ET, Regis Prograis vs Kiryl Relikh, Nonito Donaire vs Zolani Tete. The World Boxing Super Series marches on! Prograis-Relikh is a junior welterweight semifinal and Donaire-Tete a bantamweight semifinal, both are title fights, as well, and Donaire-Tete is a unification. This is happening in Lafayette, Louisiana, so the undercard is, uh, not packed. BLH will have live coverage.
